Field of Healing events are open to anyone of any ethnic group, gender or religion. We have a holistic approach and expect all participants to adopt the same attitude of love, acceptance and respect for each other.

There is no minimum or maximum age but we would ask that you talk to us before booking when bringing anyone under the age of 16 to our events. Our events often include meditation and discussion groups and so it is with respect to other participants that you do not bring children or babies that would not be able to participate or cause disruption for other attendees.

·We will sometimes provide homemade food such as cakes. Also water and hot drinks are provided. Some events also have shared lunches where participants share food that they bring. We cannot accept any responsibility for anyone that chooses to partake of these foods and if you have allergies or intolerances we ask that you bring your own food to all events.

·You are welcome to bring your own food to all of our events and there will be fridges available to store your own food.

  • You are responsible for your own dietary health and food choices

  • At some events you will be able to purchase refreshments from an independent food vendor who will be on site. These vendors will have the necessary food hygiene certification.

  • Alcohol is not permitted on the premises.

Field of Healing events are designed for people to take time out of their normal routines. Please be discrete when talking on your phone. Listening to music on headphones is okay, but please monitor the volume of your device so that it will not be audible to other guests.

Mobile phones and other WiFi devices must be switched off during group activities / sessions. This rule may be waived at the discretion of the session facilitator, subject to circumstance.

In order to maintain guest privacy and confidentiality, photos and videos of your fellow guests may not be taken, stored, nor shared digitally, unless their permission has been sought and approved.

All travel arrangements are your responsibility. A parking area will be made available but you leave your vehicle there at your own risk.

If the weather is very wet there is a risk of vehicles becoming stuck.

Other parking is available on the public highway, however, we ask that you park courteously and consider the village residents’ privacy and access.

Occasionally, changes to the format of the event may have to be made (e.g., teacher, itinerary or other arrangements), which we reserve the right to make at any time.

We shall endeavour to provide all aspects of the event as described in any advertised media or literature. We do not accept any liability for cancellations, delays or changes caused by war, threat of war, terrorist actions or threats, closure of airports, civil strife, industrial action, natural disaster, technical problems to transport, staff cancellations, unforeseen changes in your personal circumstances or other events beyond our control

We are not liable for any injuries you may incur. Our events are in a field and we will always start our events with a house keeping talk which will include a reminder of the uneven surfaces found in the field. Appropriate clothing and foot wear for both indoor and outdoor use should be brought to all of our events.  If anyone has any mobility issues please let us know at the time of booking so we can discuss how we can assist you and if the event is appropriate for you.

Labyrinth Walks, Henge Walks, Yoga, Sound Healing sessions and all activities are undertaken at your own risk. We are not liable for any medical or psychiatric conditions, which may develop during or following the event.

We are not liable for loss of or damage to, your personal property.

We are not responsible for the proportion of male/female guests in any group.

We are not responsible for the individual behaviour of any guest.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your possessions are kept safe at all times.

We are confident that you will not find cause for concern during our events. If you feel that a complaint is warranted you must raise the issue directly with Sarah during the event or after the event by emailing  within 14 days of the event ending.

Please advise us of any mental or physical health conditions, including pregnancy before you book.

There is a questionnaire provided with your Booking Form, which must be completed and submitted to us.

If you have health conditions and/or dietary requirements that may be affected by the activities offered on our retreat, we reserve the right, for your own wellbeing, to advise you to stop participating.

It is common for Field of Healing to host guest speakers and facilitators and to collaborate on some events.

You will be asked at the time of booking to complete any questionnaires relevant to these 3rd party sessions where health and wellbeing may be affected. For example Yoga, Healing, Biofield Tuning, Sound Healing sessions would all be sessions that would require us to know some details about you.

These questionnaires are purely for the use of the facilitator and for your own safety and wellbeing.

It is your responsibility to let our workshop leaders know if you have any injuries, and to be mindful at all times of your own body’s capability during our events.

If you experience any injury or discomfort during any activity during the event, then please stop participating immediately and seek help from the event organiser or facilitator.

At some events and retreats we invite external practitioners to the event to offer their services such as Reiki, massage, healing etc

We are not responsible in any way for their services or offerings and they do not form any part of your booking with us for the retreat. You will need to pay them direct for their services and they are responsible for their own insurance and therapy offerings.

Events are held in a field at Field of Healing, behind The Old Sores, Main Street, Bythorn, Cambs, PE28 0QR and also sometimes in Bythorn Village Hall.

Whilst all measures are taken to ensure a high standard of health and safety, we are situated in the countryside where the land is uneven and we shall not be responsible for any injuries caused by uneven terrain.

Sessions will be held in a field, yurt, village hall and therapy studio. This site is not suitable for wheelchairs or people who have difficulty walking over uneven ground.

Some events are held in the evening and it is very often dark when the event finishes so we advise participants to bring torches to aid their journey back to their vehicle

The Venue is in a small village and we expect all participants to respect the community particularly when leaving the venue at night after the hours of 9pm. We also ask that when parking in the village respect is given to verges and care is taken not to block driveways, or narrow parts of the roads.

Some events are over 2 days and so camping is available in the Field of Healing.

Please let us know at time of booking if you wish to camp.

There is access to the field for caravans or campervans but this would only be possible if the field was dry.

There is no electric hook up available

There are 2 toilets and a small kitchen available for people camping.

Again we would ask that campers remember and respect they are on a private property and ask that noise levels are kept to a minimum after 10pm

This is a spiritual venue and a scared space and no alcohol is permitted at any time.
