Conscious Living Ltd trading as Intent or Intent Jewellery and Field of Healing or Field of Healing Bythorn on social media, is committed to protecting the privacy and security of our customers. For the rest of this policy we will use the name Field of Healing as the Company name to include both legal and trading names.

This Privacy Policy explains how your personal information is used when you use the Field of Healing  website located at https://fieldofhealing.co.uk or when you communicate with us.

When you register your personal information with Field of Healing, you consent to the use of your personal data in line with our privacy policy. If you are under the age of 16, you must inform a parent or guardian and obtain their agreement to this privacy policy before using any of our online services.

This Site is run by Field of healing. For the purposes of applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) (as amended or superseded) Intent is the “controller” of the personal information collected.

When you visit our Site  

We will collect personal information that you provide to us when you:

  • Place an order through our Site for an event

  • Register for our newsletter

We will also automatically record certain information when you visit our Site, in particular:

In most cases, this information is temporary in nature (called session cookies) and is deleted as soon as you leave the Site and close your browser. When you access our site, we use “cookies” to make it easier for you to use our Site. These cookies record data about the pages you browse and the activities you carried out during your visit.

The use of session cookies is solely for the purpose of allowing you to interact with the Site in an effective manner.

 

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name and email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave your comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Field of Healing do not use cookies to examine your surfing behaviour before or after leaving the Site.

Field of Healing record details of the resources that you access to visit our site (for example, device used, number of visits, average time on site, pages viewed). This information is used to improve our website’s content and function. Your data is not processed any further nor transmitted to any third parties.

Media: If you upload images to the web site, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the web site can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

When you contact us  

We may also collect personal information about you when you contact us by email, telephone or via social media.

 

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We will use your information in the following ways:

  • to provide you with an account on our Site, if we ever allow the option to sign up for one

  • to fulfil any order that you place with us and process payment

  • to help improve our services

  • to remind you that you have items in your basket or that a transaction is incomplete by use of a  cookie file

HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

Field of Healing employs trusted and reputable third-party hosting agents and payment providers to ensure the security of personal data.

 We only share your information with our core service providers and third party platforms as required for our business to function; for example, our website provider Wix, financial third parties Wix card payment services, Paypal and Royal Mail who fulfil our postal deliveries.

We will never sell your personal data to third parties or use it elsewhere.  

 

HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA

If you leave a comment (at the moment we do not allow this option), the comment and its meta data are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

If we ever add the option to register or open an account we would also store any personal information that the user added to their profile. All users would be able to see, add, edit or delete their personal information at any time, apart from the username that they use to set up their account or profile.

We also retain any personal data recorded at the time of sale when a purchaser buys from our web site and we will retain the data for as long as the UK laws require this information to be retained. Financial data is not retained on our website, but by our third party financial provider PayPal or Wix payment services. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. Your use of the Site will be subject to the most current version of the Privacy Policy posted on the Site at the time of use.
