Energy Medicine workshop 

 Are you looking for ways to positively influence your health and wellbeing?  Are you interested in learning about the energy systems in your own body, and how working with them can bring harmony and flow into your life?   

This is the goal of Donna Eden, an amazing woman who has made it her life’s work to bring this knowledge to as many people as possible, in as many countries as possible. She has always been able to physically see subtle energy systems in herself and in others. In her 20s, with failing health, she learned to work with those energy systems to regain health and vitality in all aspects of her life. 

She then studied the energetic pathways in order to identify for others what she innately saw and understood. In hugely successful practice for over 30 years, she realised the best way to help as many people as possible was to teach them how to recognise and manage their own energies, and so her training school, Eden Energy Medicine, (EEM) was formalised and flourished in the US. 

In 2014, the first cohort of European students trained entirely in the UK graduated. Eleanor Exworthy was one of those graduates. Having also qualified in Touch for Health, Eleanor went on to train for a further year in EEM and then undertook teacher training in introducing the modality.  

Now living locally, Eleanor would love to share Donna’s work by teaching her much acclaimed DailyEnergy Routine and lots more here in Field of Healing, Bythorn. 

Each simple but profound exercise will be demonstrated and practised so that participants will be able to feel the effects in their own bodies, both immediately and over time. Once learned they take only minutes each day to do. 

Though the individual exercises are easy to perform, their effects can be profound.
