Tibetan Bowl Play-Shop Day ~ Strawberry Full Moon

Join Edwin and Harshani on the auspicious Trinity Sunday & Strawberry Full Moon for an experiential ‘Play ~ Shop’ with Tibetan Bowls. A fun day of discovering about sound, vibration & it’s healing potential through singing bowls. This is an introductory day about the bowls, which will incorporate ~ sound vibration; learning how to connect with the bowls; different ways to sing or sound the bowls; time to play the bowls in the Field; finishing with a singing bowl healing nidra bathing.

A Veggie lunch followed by Strawberries & Cream will be included

No prior experience  necessary ~ Tibetan/Nepalese singing bowls will be provided for the ‘Play-shop’ experiential, with the option of purchasing your own on the day should your heart feel drawn

The day will end with a Tibetan bowl sound bath.

There will be time to connect with the land, walk the Labyrinth and Henge.
