About the Event
Ali & Sarah present our fourth 21 day Dieta, timed to coincide with the 1.1.1 gateway and the start of the year 2026. The theme will be one of the winters cave as we focus on our inner work and reflection, and as we work with the energy of the number 1, the Winters direction of the North, our Ancestors and the element of earth. As we are entering a number one year we will contemplate the new beginnings that this number supports whilst also be aware we are still in our winters cave of release and reflection.
A Dieta is a contract, usually with a plant medicine, to get to fully know and integrate within you the relationship you are contracting with.
