You will start the day learning how to do a simple and fun daily routine on yourself, which takes only minutes to complete once you are familiar with it. Each of the Energy systems you will learn about accesses and influences others so that the Energy flow within and around the body is enhanced; when this happens, symptoms of dis-ease, stress, and physical and emotional disharmony are alleviated.
