Let us take you through the Celtic Chakra Spiral, a completely different way of communicating with and accessing the wisdom of the Chakras. Where the traditional methods of working with Chakras lean into Eastern philosophies, the Celtic spiral has more of a Western orientation, rooted in Earthiness and grounding.

Identified and taught by Donna Eden, this system is more involved with framing the future, with what we wish to create and what we want to develop in ourselves by deepening our conscious awareness of what our Chakras’ guidance can mean.
