30 Day Deep Dive with Mama Cacao & Your Gene Keys

The idea of this integration came from my own intuitive exploration of  my Gene Keys during my morning Cacao meditation. This process was so transformative for me that I felt the urge to share the process with others. This will be the second of such journeys following the success of the 2023 group.

If you are a brave, warrior soul  who is up for a deep dive into the shadow and gifts  of your core essence and life work, via your 11 gene keys, with the heart opening support and guidance of Mama Cacao, then this journey is definitely for you . This will be a beautiful clearing and reflection as we embrace the Spring Season of new beginnings  and would give you a process you could repeat whenever you wanted to. This journey will open doorways, give you deep insights about yourself and if followed with an honest and open heart, can create huge shifts in your consciousness.

• We will start with a cacao ceremony 23rd March 2024 here in the field where we will set our intentions, connect as a group and where I will share the basics of the Gene Keys.
• The 30 days will then be remote as you work through the daily guidance and tasks I set and email to you. There are 11 gene Keys in your profile so I will be incorporating other practises, guidance  and contemplations to assist you on your journey into the deepest part of you. 
• We will also be honouring Mama Cacao and spending time with just her on some days, as she is going to become a huge part of this journey and your relationship with her will grow during this time.
• There will be a half way meeting in the field 14th April 2024 to meet for a Cacao Ceremony and meditation along with a sharing session on how our journey is going so far
• We will end with a cacao ceremony and sharing circle  on 12th May 2024
• If you can not make all 3 dates, this would not effect your ability to understand and complete the course.

I have done the gene keys training so will be sharing a more detailed view of each gene key (that you can not get without buying the course) and it’s aspect and line number, to enable a more detailed review. 

You would need to be able to commit to an hour each day for yourself for 30 days, ideally consecutively or as close together as possible. 

There will be plenty of time between opening and closing ceremonies, so if you find you want to process a teaching for a day or so, or re read a day before continuing on to the next one, there will be time to do this.

Based on the 2023 group you will find that 30 days is not enough time to cover this vast work so the course is structured so you can go at your own pace. I will during our time together give you enough information and guidance so that you can continue the journey over the following months and years to come. Even if you dont finish all your Gene Keys during our time together you will still have all the guidnace for when you are ready.

Cost is £180 including the 3 ceremonies and 30 days teaching and support via email and whatsapp group share.

In addition to this  you would need to have a journal,  the gene keys book (Amazon £19ish) and enough cacao (up to 600g) for the 30 day integration.

You can use your preferred Cacao if you already have one you like to work with,  but please choose Ceremonial grade.

Your Gene Key Profile: You will also need your place, date and ideally time of birth. If you dont have your time of birth, you can pull off 3 profiles for morning noon and evening to see if there are any differences in your profile. If there are you may need to work with 2 profiles until you feel which one is more appropriate for you.

About the Gene Keys:

I first read and studied the Gene Keys at least 12 years ago, maybe longer I can't remember. I have read and studied my profile many times over the years and each time it is as though I am reading something for the first time. As my consciousness shifts, so it seems new layers open up and you read your Gene Keys with new and greater awareness. 

The Gene Keys are a blueprint of your essence from 11 different perspectives and give insights into you on a bad day (your shadow) a good day (your gift) and your divine essence. Please excuse the good / bad bit, you can change these to dark / light,  troubled /peaceful etc but I think you get the gist.

About Richard Rudd. A teacher, mystic and award-winning poet, Richard Rudd’s inner journey began early in life as he experienced strange energies rushing throughout his body, culminating in a major spiritual experience at the age of 29. Emerging from what he calls ‘a field of limitless light’ that lasted 3 days and 3 nights, Richard was entrusted with a sacred teaching – the wisdom of the Gene Keys.
