Join Sarah for a chilled out Sunday morning, contemplation & sharing circle with Mamma Cacao. For those new to cacao we will cover briefly the, nutritional properties, making it & doses. But we will mainly be in ceremony, contemplation, sharing and meditation, following a meditation dose of Cacao.
